Ideal for larger groups wanting a self contained holiday home stay in Lawrence, Oban Guest House is a grand old lady! The house offers 6 bedrooms (4 x Queen, 2 x Queen + Singles). this provides room for up to 16 guests. There are 2 bathrooms, a separate toilet and large laundry (3 washing machines).

A large lounge and full size kitchen with additional fridges and 2 ovens provides enough catering facilities for larger groups. There is also a large outdoor covered BBQ area with tables and chairs.

There is a heat pump in the living room, with a large freestanding fire. Bedrooms are individually heated. The kitchen is fully equipped with tea, coffee & sugar available for guests. Outside a BBQ & outdoor furniture are perfect for enjoying the Central Otago weather.

Plenty of off-street parking is available. There is outside power for those travelling with camper vans.

Guests often like to base themselves here while exploring the bike trails over 2-3 days. Oban Guest House also makes a wonderful space for celebrations and reunions.

Biking Trips & Trails

Oban Guest House makes a great group stay, either before or after completing the Clutha Gold Bike Trail, or other Otago trails. There is plenty of room for everyone.

We offer bike shuttle and bike / luggage trail transfers too.
