In this modern, self contained townhouse you’ll be able to relax and unwind in Lawrence. There is plenty of space and all the comforts of home provided.

Recently built and fully furnished throughout. The townhouse features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, spacious lounge with large couches and flat screen TV, plus a DVD player. There is a massage chair provided which is amazing to soothe aching muscles after a day spent exploring or biking.

Double glazed windows and a heat pump are included, as well as heaters in each bedroom. This ensures that your stay will be warm & comfortable all year round.

The unit offers three bedrooms. Two are Queen-size bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom) with the third bedroom providing two King Single beds. Linen and towels are also provided and your unit can be serviced during your stay on request.

This Central Otago accommodation is perfect for those who will be exploring the area on the Clutha Gold Cycle Trail, as Lawrence is central to this trail. We can provide catering options for guests upon request. We also offer a bike shuttle and bike transfer services to/from all the trails across Otago.
